Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Retail Training Project Assistant in Paris for a six-month full-time internship supporting management training programme development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and coordination of in-classroom training sessions for retail managers, including logistical planning and event management
- Participate in the design and development of training programmes tailored to sales management teams, with engagement across regional Training, Marketing, Heritage, Retail Performance, and Retail Operations departments
- Facilitate ongoing communication and coordination with regional training teams, both in France and internationally, throughout all project phases
- Assist with the administrative management of the Retail Training department, including supplier liaison and vendor relations
- Contribute to the onboarding process and knowledge transfer of management team members
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student with interest in luxury retail sales dynamics
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Multicultural sensitivity and customer-centric service mindset
- Proactive, organized approach with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in French and English

Student with demonstrated interest in luxury retail sales; no specific professional experience required, though prior exposure to training, event coordination, or retail environments is advantageous.
