The Retail Performance Project Manager analyzes retail performance and leads projects that support the sustainable development of Van Cleef & Arpels’ distribution network. The role develops network projections, sales forecasts, and planning tools in collaboration with regional teams and other departments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze retail performance levers and manage structuring projects that contribute to developing the distribution network, in close collaboration with regions and other departments.
- Support decision-making and strategic discussions with analysis of sales trends, benchmarks, and key performance indicators.
- Develop network projections by keeping distribution network data up to date.
- Analyze the existing distribution network and its medium- and long-term evolution to ensure sustainable growth.
- Develop robust sales forecasts to anticipate future sales performance and identify opportunities.
- Contribute to developing sales and network projection tools for Retail teams.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience with a strong analytical focus.
- Business-oriented; retail knowledge is an advantage.
- Strategic and analytical vision, with the ability to use analytical skills to develop and execute retail strategy aligned with overall performance goals.
- Able to lead projects autonomously and flexibly.
