Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Organisation & Performance team in consolidating and analysing store sales, traffic and KPI data to inform operational decisions.
  • Produce regular performance reports and executive dashboards for regional managers and boutique teams.
  • Contribute to monthly closing activities, variance analysis and ad hoc performance deep dives.
  • Prepare clear, data‑driven slide decks and presentations for stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate operational projects across retail, including rollout tracking, process documentation and liaison with store teams.
  • Assist in defining and monitoring improvement actions and follow‑up on implementation with Retail Operations and local teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Retail Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and experience preparing executive‑level presentations.
  • Capacity to work cross‑functionally, manage competing priorities and respect confidentiality.

Experience

Enrolment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Management, Finance, Retail, Industrial Engineering or equivalent).
