Retail Operations Intern at Van Cleef & Arpels, Geneva – Support digital transformation and boutique operations for 6 months, July 2025.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of retail digital transformation initiatives and deployment of retail tools across boutique teams worldwide
- Assist project managers on various retail operations projects to ensure successful execution and boutique adoption
- Maintain and enhance digital retail tools, conduct user testing on new features, and provide technical feedback
- Facilitate cross-departmental comprehension of retail digital platforms and conduct training sessions on retail portal content creation
- Support continuous improvement of retail processes and procedures by identifying and proposing innovative solutions
- Ensure boutique teams have access to appropriate tools, resources, and content to operate smoothly and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with the global Retail Operations community to provide support on project implementation and change management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate with keen interest in luxury retail and digital transformation
- Demonstrable passion for the luxury and high jewelry sector
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with ability to generate and propose innovative ideas
