Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to identify business development opportunities, optimize operations and improve boutique productivity. The role covers business and process analysis, requirements gathering, project documentation, feasibility studies, application improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze business development opportunities to optimize operations and achieve operational excellence.
- Recommend action plans to enhance boutique team productivity.
- Identify, gather and document project and process requirements using appropriate methodologies.
- Work with users and stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure accuracy.
- Define testing scenarios and verification criteria to ensure business requirements are met.
- Maintain project documentation and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify key themes, trends and opportunities.
- Gather business requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops and workflow analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user roles and objectives.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and assessments for new and existing projects, and support business case development.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing and new applications and support the development of solutions that respond to business needs.
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement through creative solutions and collaborative initiatives.
- Stay informed about relevant technologies, external developments and industry best practices.

- Organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working across projects and with different stakeholders.
