Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Retail Operations Assistant Manager to drive digital transformation across its boutiques in Japan, connecting headquarters strategy with local execution. The role leads a new digital application rollout, compliance initiatives, the boutique Operations Associate community, and ongoing improvements to boutique operations and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the launch and deployment of a new digital transformation application, working closely with headquarters and boutique teams.
- Drive compliance excellence across boutiques in partnership with related functions.
- Lead the boutique Operations Associate community and work closely with boutique management to identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Continuously improve boutique operations to elevate the client experience and help build a more agile, collaborative, transformation-oriented retail organization.
- Act as a link between headquarters strategy and local execution, leading strategic initiatives and upholding boutique standards.
