Van Cleef & Arpels Retail Assistant Intern (Jan–Jun 2027) in Singapore, supporting operations across Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support retail opening projects and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with Retail Operations and Client Service projects across the Maison
- Support deployment of tools and initiatives in boutiques and provide local operational assistance
- Partner with Retail Operations Manager and Boutique back-of-house teams on operational and process topics
- Coordinate planning, ordering, and allocation of PLV, F&B, and printing materials across regional boutique teams
- Manage administrative tasks including vendor creation/extension, purchase order creation, invoice processing, and reporting
- Coordinate team calendars and arrange meetings
- Support incentive planning and monitor deadlines and key deliverables
Qualifications
- First experience in retail industry
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong cross-departmental collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
