Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Retail Architecture Project Manager in Paris to lead boutique design and development projects globally.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate architectural projects for boutique openings and renovations, adhering to brief, budget, and timeline requirements in collaboration with local store planning teams
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including architectural agencies, artisans, and lighting specialists across all project phases—brief, conceptual design, preliminary and detailed studies, execution drawings, and bespoke furnishings
- Ensure fluid and regular collaboration with Boutique Concept and Architecture Organization & Performance teams on budgeting, inventory management, and compliance matters
- Monitor and guarantee project realization quality within the context of the Maison's growth and expansion
- Develop deep understanding of regional and local particularities relevant to assigned architectural projects
- Lead community engagement initiatives at the regional level while fostering collaborative knowledge-sharing and inter-team communication
Qualifications
- Solid experience in architecture or interior architecture with demonstrated expertise in retail and luxury codes
- Proven track record of high-end retail and hospitality projects of significant scope
- Recognized for meticulous attention to detail, rigor, organizational discipline, dynamism, and flexibility
- Autonomous project management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders in dynamic, multicultural environments
Skills
Experience
Solid professional experience in architecture or interior architecture with notable involvement on high-end retail or hospitality projects of substantial scale. Demonstrated autonomy in project management and evidence of successful cross-functional collaboration in complex, multicultural environments.
Education
Training or qualification in architecture or interior architecture is expected.
