Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Retail Architecture Project Assistant to support its Boutique Project team on international boutique design and development. The full-time, six-month internship begins in March 2027, requires an internship agreement and is remunerated; the intern will also receive training on the Maison’s history and values at L’École des Arts Joailliers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the architect team in developing boutique projects internationally.
- Contribute to research, moodboards and the development of boutique interior design concepts.
- Research and source products from publishers and suppliers, including at trade fairs.
- Assist teams with sample and prototype dispatch and tracking.
- Prepare architectural and furniture plans and elevations using AutoCAD.
- Create 2D and 3D imagery.
- Retouch images for presentations.
- Develop guidelines and communication materials to ensure project consistency internally and with service providers and other Maison departments, including supplier briefs, meeting minutes and technical documentation.
- Coordinate a monthly newsletter and present it to the teams.
Qualifications
- Currently studying architecture or interior architecture at Master's level.
- A mandatory internship agreement.
- Curiosity about and interest in the luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an appreciation for teamwork.
- Proactive and autonomous, with good prioritization skills.
- Creative mindset and good technical knowledge.
- Good command of English.
