Van Cleef & Arpels internship in Retail Architecture, Paris | 6-month assistant role in store design and operations support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with boutique opening initiatives and regional support across Europe, Middle East, Americas, Asia, and Japan
- Update and maintain sales accessory catalog databases, collecting product information from suppliers regarding component origins and materials, consolidating data for PowerBI integration
- Support tender processes, product specification sheets, supplier account creation, and technical requirements documentation for new product development
- Contribute to iconographic proposals for boutique displays that showcase collections and the Maison's heritage through visual presentations
- Collect and analyze key procurement data including annual order summaries, material and furniture consumption, supplier performance metrics, and tender feedback
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support decision-making processes
- Assist regions with boutique network management and maintenance strategy deployment, ensuring compliance with Maison standards
- Manage internal maintenance application processes including campaign creation, boutique account setup, request tracking, and data analysis
- Coordinate confidentiality agreement requests between internal teams and the legal department
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with effective prioritization
