Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Regional Senior Retail Operations & Performance Executive in Hong Kong for a 1-year contract role managing Asia Pacific retail operations projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive strategic deployment and regional implementation of retail operations projects, ensuring alignment with Maison guidelines and coordinating seamless global roll-outs
- Participate in the design and testing of new projects, advocating for local market needs and regional specificities across Asia Pacific
- Identify, collect, and disseminate best practices across Asia Pacific markets and boutiques to foster continuous improvement
- Manage the successful adoption and implementation of new tools, systems, and processes through comprehensive coaching, support, and change management
- Provide expert system support and coaching to the Asia Pacific Retail Operations community and cross-departmental partners on system-related issues
- Prepare and continuously improve monthly performance reports with accurate sourcing and monitoring of Retail KPIs for regional analysis
- Support regular and ad-hoc performance analysis and presentation materials, delivering actionable Retail Performance insights to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Solid experience in retail operations, performance management, or retail supporting functions
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Proficiency in Excel with strong numerical and data management capabilities
- Knowledge of retail KPIs and performance metrics
- Understanding of system implementation and change management processes

Solid experience in retail operations, performance management, or retail supporting functions, with demonstrated capability in managing cross-regional projects and supporting multiple retail sites.
