Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Regional Assistant Operations and Distribution Manager to oversee packaging and POSM stock planning, forecasts, orders, shipments, inventory accuracy, and regional distribution operations, reporting to the Regional Distribution Planning Manager. The role is a one-year contract based in Hong Kong.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define target stock levels for packaging and POSM and propose adjustments aligned with sales trends, budgets, and campaigns.
- Manage forecasts, orders, and shipment follow-up with markets.
- Monitor stock to prevent shortages or overstocking, escalating risks with action plans.
- Liaise with HQ logistics to troubleshoot issues and lead monthly distribution calls.
- Support change management with regional and market supply teams on new projects.
- Resolve daily administrative, system, and logistics issues as the operational backbone.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, correct system discrepancies, and manage defective stock.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in merchandising, international distribution, regional stock management, and/or product planning, ideally within luxury retail.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and French are a plus.
