Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Regional Assistant Client Services Project Manager in Hong Kong to coordinate VIP client projects and regional boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Client Services Manager in planning and executing client projects, bespoke orders and VIP events across the region.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — boutiques, ateliers, production, supply chain and after‑sales — to ensure timely delivery and quality control of bespoke pieces.
- Manage project timelines, track milestones and maintain detailed status reports and dashboards for regional leadership.
- Serve as a frontline escalation point for complex client enquiries; ensure exceptional service standards and rapid resolution.
- Maintain and update CRM records, client dossiers and project documentation to guarantee continuity of service and confidentiality.
- Prepare presentation materials, client proposals and post‑event summaries; support commercial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
