Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term role at the Lyon Ateliers supporting full-cycle recruitment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with operational managers and develop targeted candidate profiles
- Create compelling job postings and distribute them through optimal channels
- Source candidates from available talent pools and evaluate candidates on both technical competencies and cultural fit in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Support operational managers throughout the recruitment process as a strategic business partner
- Maintain precise activity reporting while ensuring an optimal candidate experience at each stage of the recruitment pipeline
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices
