The Quality Group Manager reports to the Head of Jewelry Trades Quality and ensures that product-line jewelry manufacturing meets Maison standards. The role leads the team’s management processes, oversees quality across product-line transfers, reindustrialization and improvement projects, sets conformity standards, and coordinates continuous improvement and monitoring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all management processes for the team.
- Oversee and steer quality in product-line transfer, reindustrialization and jewelry improvement projects.
- Establish standards and procedures to ensure the aesthetic, functional and dimensional conformity of references subject to individual inspection.
- Use the team to verify compliance with established standards and procedures in internal workshops and at external partners.
- Coordinate continuous improvement and maintain an effective monitoring system.
- Ensure and manage the conformity of product-line jewelry manufacturing with Maison standards.
Qualifications
- An engineering degree or a background in jewelry trades.
- A first management experience is preferred.
- Recognized project management and multidisciplinary team leadership capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership to manage collaboration with varied stakeholders, particularly external partners, and represent the Maison’s interests.
- Attentive and proactive, with the ability to manage priorities flexibly and effectively.

At least 8 years of experience in Quality; an initial management experience is preferred.
Education
Engineering degree or background in jewelry trades.
