Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Quality Coordinator for its Beaune jewelry workshop to analyze data, document procedures, support corrective actions, and promote quality requirements across teams. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, colleague training, and building trusted working relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze data and create pivot tables.
- Draft and format operating procedures and supporting materials, including photographs and diagrams.
- Identify problems, propose appropriate corrective actions, and monitor their implementation.
- Work collaboratively across teams and communicate quality requirements with teaching skill, active listening, and diplomacy.
- Support and train colleagues, building trusting relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Comfortable analyzing data and creating pivot tables.

- Education at BAC+2 level or equivalent professional experience, ideally in quality, production, a technical field, or a similar role.
