Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Project Manager, Savoir-Faire & Education in Paris to lead heritage and craftsmanship initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of savoir-faire and education initiatives, including strategic planning, scoping, and implementation across multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of cultural and heritage-focused activations such as 'de Mains en Mains' and regional market programmes
- Monitor project timelines, deliverable quality, and adherence to the Maison's exacting standards, providing regular progress updates and risk mitigation
- Support artisan engagement and mentorship during experiential activations, ensuring authentic representation and calibre of craftsmanship storytelling
- Oversee content quality and messaging consistency across all savoir-faire activations, maintaining alignment with brand values and cultural authenticity
- Contribute to the development and optimization of team workflows, project governance structures, and operational best practices
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in project management within a luxury, cultural, or heritage-focused organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously in matrix environments
- Strong organizational skills, intellectual rigor, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of artisanal craftsmanship, heritage transmission, and luxury brand positioning
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)

Experience
Solid, demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within luxury goods, cultural institutions, or heritage-focused sectors. Proven track record of autonomously piloting multiple initiatives in complex, transversal environments whilst maintaining strategic focus and operational excellence.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Project Management, Communications, Cultural Studies, Business Administration, or related discipline.
