Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Program Manager in Paris to lead cross‑functional jewellery programs and project delivery for the maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, plan and drive complex cross‑functional programs from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with maison objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across design, production, sourcing, retail, digital and marketing to secure milestones, budgets and resource allocation.
  • Establish program governance: build roadmaps, track KPIs, manage risks and escalate issues with clear mitigation plans.
  • Manage external vendors and internal teams to guarantee compliance with quality standards, schedule and contractual terms.
  • Produce executive reporting and post‑implementation reviews; implement continuous improvement and lessons‑learned processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead multi‑stakeholder programs in a matrix environment; experience within luxury goods, jewellery or high‑end retail strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, with rigorous attention to quality and brand standards.
  • Project management certification such as PMP or Prince2 preferred.
