Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end production schedules between design, ateliers and external suppliers to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor work-in-progress, trace material consumption (precious metals, stones) and ensure compliant stock movements and documentation.
- Act as primary interface between internal teams (production, quality, procurement, logistics) and outsourced workshops to resolve bottlenecks and expedite critical orders.
- Track and report key production KPIs, raise production alerts, prepare regular status reports and escalate deviations to line management.
- Control conformity of parts and assemblies against technical dossiers; liaise with quality control to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
- Manage change requests, production deviations and reworks by updating routing sheets, timelines and communicating amendments to stakeholders.
- Contribute to process optimisation projects aimed at reducing lead times and improving throughput while preserving Maison quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven organizational rigour with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines in a manual-production environment.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate cross-functional and external stakeholders; diplomacy and commercial sense when managing suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for production tracking and reporting; familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of quality control principles applied to precious-metal and stone work.
- Professional command of French; business-level English advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical dossiers, routings and production drawings.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience coordinating production or planning activities within jewellery, watchmaking or another high-precision manufacturing environment; prior experience in the luxury sector or artisanal ateliers is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in production management, industrial engineering, or a craft-based qualification in jewellery/watchmaking or equivalent professional experience.
