Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Press Relations Assistant in Paris to support media monitoring, press coverage and press-office activities, including shoots, journalist requests, events and press trips. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly press reviews.
- Monitor media to identify new communication opportunities.
- Contribute to press coverage analysis and competitor monitoring.
- Organize and prepare the Maison’s press shoots, coordinating with Richemont Security teams, boutique stock teams, the Europe Press team and France Marketing.
- Manage and update the Press team’s tools and databases, including publications, press lists and contacts.
- Respond to journalists’ requests for images, captions, lookbooks and product information.
- Assist the Press Officer with tracking and organizing events and press trips, particularly logistics.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at Master’s level (Bac +4/5) at a communications school.
- Ideally, some initial experience in communications, press relations or a similar environment.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor and autonomy.
- Enjoys teamwork and can collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Curious, dynamic and attentive to detail.
- Strong interest in jewelry, high jewelry and watches.

Experience
Ideally, some initial experience in communications, press relations or a similar environment.
Education
Currently studying at Master’s level (Bac +4/5) at a communications school.
