Role & Responsibilities
- Write, adapt, proofread and curate high-quality bilingual content for internal and external communications, including press releases, media alerts, product information, event invitations, speeches, executive talking points, Q&As, newsletters, presentations, and digital copywriting across social media and websites
- Coordinate media inquiries, interview requests, photo shoots and product loan logistics in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key media contacts, including journalists, editors, stylists, and self-media individuals across print, digital, and social platforms
- Track and monitor media coverage of the Maison and compile regular reports to assess public relations effectiveness
- Coordinate arrangements with external vendors and internal stakeholders including retail teams and boutiques to ensure seamless execution of projects
Qualifications
- Solid experience in Communications, with agency experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage quality control and delivery timelines
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent fast-moving projects without compromising quality
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese
