Role & Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Maison's PR strategy across the MEIAT region in collaboration with regional markets, media partners, and internal teams
• Coordinate day-to-day media requests, interviews, and editorial opportunities while building and nurturing relationships with regional media contacts
• Manage the creation, translation, approval, and distribution of press releases while maintaining accurate and updated media lists and databases
• Plan and execute press events, presentations, activations, and press trips with full coordination of logistics and stakeholder alignment
• Oversee local and international photo shoots, including creative direction, consignments, and logistics in accordance with Maison guidelines
• Monitor media coverage, compile PR reporting, and identify relevant editorial highlights and competitive insights
• Maintain comprehensive PR calendars, trackers, and project timelines to ensure accurate follow-up and timely execution across all initiatives
• Liaise with external agencies, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to coordinate and prioritize multiple concurrent PR projects
• Anticipate team requirements and proactively support upcoming product launches, events, and editorial opportunities ahead of schedule
• Ensure the Maison's image, reputation, and brand standards are upheld across all external communications and media interactions

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic and French are advantageous
• Proven relationship-building skills with media, agencies, and cross-functional internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative

• Experience coordinating press events, media relations, or communications activities in a multinational context
