Six-month Operations Internship at Van Cleef & Arpels École des Arts Joailliers in Paris. Support international campus operations and educational initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Operations team in daily activities and project coordination across the four international campuses of École des Arts Joailliers
- Coordinate the production and distribution of the School's educational publications
- Assist the Operations Project Manager in strategic initiatives and campus management
- Manage archival and organization of operational digital assets and server documentation
- Contribute to the preparation and launch of new campus locations
- Participate in operational planning and logistics for the School's activities in France and abroad
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent management program
- Sensitivity to jewelry heritage, artisanal culture, and luxury sector values
- Passion for the history and universe of Van Cleef & Arpels
- Strong aptitude for event organization, operations, and logistics
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
