Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an Operations Coordinator at Harrods, London to manage boutique operations, inventory and vendor liaison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day boutique operations at the Harrods boutique, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, stock receiving, storage allocation and periodic stock reconciliations.
- Liaise with internal workshops, logistics partners and external vendors to track repairs, exchanges and consignments.
- Support the sales team with client order administration, after‑sales follow-up and appointment logistics.
- Prepare operational reports, maintain inventory records and assist with ad hoc financial paperwork (invoices, packing lists).
- Ensure compliance with Harrods procedures, brand merchandising directives and security protocols.
- Assist with boutique events, trunk shows and VIP visits by coordinating logistics, inventory and client requirements.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and boutique management to maintain presentation and stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years' experience in retail operations, ideally within luxury jewellery, watches or high-end fashion.
- Proven organisational aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a boutique environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
- Right to work in the UK (where applicable) and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
