Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an Operations Coordinator for L'ECOLE in Tokyo to manage campus procurement, logistics, and educational programming.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Procure items for courses and campus operations, including vendor selection, purchase order management, and payment processing
  • Coordinate and manage all campus activities encompassing facilities, logistics, reception, and security
  • Manage course scheduling, lecturer coordination, registration, classroom setup, and inventory of course materials and books
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes for exhibitions, talks, events, and other activities

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in procurement, sales administration, supply chain, or logistics
