Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an Operations Associate for its Hyundai main store in Seoul to support boutique operations, inventory and client services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations at the Hyundai Main Store, ensuring flawless execution of service and presentation standards.
- Manage inventory control procedures: receive and reconcile deliveries, perform stock counts, and coordinate secure storage for high-value pieces.
- Process client orders, repairs and special requests in collaboration with internal ateliers and regional offices, maintaining confidentiality and traceability.
- Support merchandising and visual directives by preparing product placements, replenishments and housekeeping of the sales floor and display cases.
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records in CRM/POS systems and produce operational reports for store management.
- Coordinate logistics for client appointments, private viewings and in-store events, liaising with security and external couriers as required.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention protocols, cash handling procedures and company operational policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail operations, boutique administration, or luxury goods handling — preferably within high-jewelry, watches or premium fashion.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage high-value inventory with discretion and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
