Van Cleef & Arpels, a storied high jewelry maison celebrated for exceptional craftsmanship and creative excellence, seeks an Operations Associate to support the boutique sales team. This role encompasses inventory management including receiving and transfers, secure storage procedures, administrative documentation (reservations, consignments, stock records, traffic reports, invoicing, and archival), and close collaboration with sales associates and the repair workshop to oversee service processes and spare parts inventory. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive team environment while actively engaging in daily boutique operations and supporting colleagues' professional development through group training initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute inventory movements (inbound receipts and transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage secure storage procedures, inventory counts, and product specifications in accordance with boutique protocols
- Prepare and maintain administrative documentation including reservations, consignments, stock records, traffic reports, invoices, and archival materials
- Serve as the primary contact point between the boutique sales team and the repair workshop, overseeing service processes and spare parts inventory management
- Collaborate closely with sales associates and management to ensure seamless back-office operations and customer service delivery
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative communication and daily boutique engagement
- Develop and deliver group training initiatives using video learning platforms to enhance team knowledge and understanding of back-office procedures
