Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris seeks an Operations Assistant Intern for the École des Arts Joailliers to support programme logistics and administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks for the École des Arts Joailliers, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, lectures, exhibitions and special events: venue setup, materials preparation, participant registration and on-site support.
- Liaise with internal teams (education, curatorial, communications, ateliers) and external partners to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Maintain inventories of teaching materials and manage procurement requests for courses and demonstrations.
- Prepare documentation, presentations and post-event reports; assist with database entry and basic budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in arts management, cultural heritage, communications, business administration or a related field.
- Demonstrable organisational aptitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour when interacting with faculty, artisans and external partners.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a small, multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in French is strongly preferred; professional command of English is advantageous.
