Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an Assistant Operational Controller in Paris for a one-year alternance programme starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Métiers Joaillerie directorate in implementing controlling best practices and governance tools
- Assist services and workshops in activity management and performance monitoring in coordination with Product Development, Workshops, After-Sales Service, and Logistics departments
- Monitor budgets and participate in the budgetary construction process for services and workshops
- Maintain reporting tools and ensure the reliability of operational data through continuous improvement initiatives
- Track investments for services and workshops
- Contribute to cross-functional analyses and strategic studies as required
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (business, finance, management accounting, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Excel and demonstrated comfort with numerical analysis
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Reliability and a methodical work approach
- Curiosity and genuine interest in discovering operational controlling in a luxury environment
