Van Cleef & Arpels hiring Online Retail Performance Project Manager (V.I.E.) in Amsterdam. 12-month international role in luxury high jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain regional performance dashboards ensuring consistency across European markets and tools
- Consolidate and analyze weekly and monthly online retail performance data across European markets for Web and CRC channels
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with CRC Managers on operational KPIs and contribute to monthly business reviews
- Consolidate market-level forecasts into a regional view and monitor performance against budget
- Serve as a key liaison between markets and Finance on online retail performance matters
- Contribute to improvements in reporting tools and dashboards and analyze market and competitor benchmarks to identify best practices
Qualifications
- Strong academic background in Business, Finance, Retail or related field
- Significant professional experience in Luxury, Retail, Finance or Consulting (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with knowledge of Power BI or FP&A tools
- Fluency in English; additional European language appreciated
- Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to interpret data and communicate insights

Experience
Ideally a candidate with a first significant professional experience combined with strong academic credentials. Previous experience in Luxury, Retail, Finance, or Consulting is considered a strong asset.
Education
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Retail, or a related field.
