Role & Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to elevate the online client experience locally by understanding customer journeys and evolving client needs
- Support execution of all Online Boutique services and manage arbitration for online order stock requests
- Ensure setup and availability of components needed to fulfill orders for assigned markets
- Provide expertise on online systems and flows, understanding key systems used daily for order management and fulfillment
- Consolidate and challenge requests, solve friction points, and review business rules evolution requests
- Support implementation of new processes and manage system implementations
Qualifications
- Native Japanese and business English fluency
- Experience in online retail business operations
- Project management experience in online/e-commerce environments
- Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, preferably SAP
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and synthesis skills
