Role & Responsibilities
- Support assortment and range planning for the Sydney market, ensuring product mixes align with global collection strategy and local client demand.
- Monitor sales, stock and sell-through performance; produce regular merchandising reports and actionable recommendations for replenishment and markdowns.
- Execute allocation and replenishment plans across boutiques and wholesale accounts, optimising inventory levels and turnover.
- Collaborate closely with buying, retail, visual merchandising and marketing teams to coordinate launches, in-store displays and promotional activity.
- Maintain product lifecycle records, manage sample flows and ensure accuracy of product data across systems and store inventories.
- Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reviews, forecast demand, and support pricing and promotional scenarios.
- Liaise with regional/head office teams to communicate market feedback, client preferences and commercial risks/opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Merchandising or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven numerical and analytical aptitude with experience in range planning and inventory control.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and boutique-facing interactions.

Typically 2–4 years in merchandising, planning or buying within luxury retail or premium fashion/jewellery; experience with boutique operations and multi-channel allocation preferred.
Education
