Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UAE media plans across paid, owned and earned channels to support local product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Manage media buying and vendor negotiations for print, OOH, broadcast and digital platforms, ensuring cost efficiency and brand-appropriate placements.
- Collaborate with regional marketing, PR and creative teams to align messaging, timings and visual standards for all market activations.
- Oversee day-to-day relationships with media agencies and publishers; brief agencies, monitor deliverables and ensure contractual compliance.
- Track campaign performance with clear KPIs, produce weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimise spend and creative.
- Maintain the UAE media calendar, secure editorial opportunities and coordinate hospitality or event-related media coverage when required.
- Manage local media budgets, approve invoices and ensure accurate reconciliation with finance and procurement processes.
- Ensure all media activity complies with local regulations and brand guidelines, and adapt global campaigns for the UAE market when necessary.
Qualifications
- UAE national (Emirati) — local candidacy required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Demonstrable experience in media planning and buying, ideally 3+ years within luxury, premium retail or agency environments.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE media landscape, local consumer behaviour and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on media planning and buying experience, preferably within luxury goods, premium retail or integrated agency settings, with demonstrable success managing UAE market campaigns and local media partners.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field preferred.
