Van Cleef & Arpels Media & Digital Assistant in Singapore: support media campaigns and digital performance analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local media agencies and creative agencies on daily operations to ensure timely and quality execution of media campaigns
- Curate and circulate creative assets to creative agencies, landlords, and media owners
- Liaise with regional counterparts to foster campaign execution discussions, including creative validation once media plans are approved
- Support consolidation of documents in headquarters templates for different markets, including full-year media calendar presentations and out-of-home approval forms
- Compile and process launch and post-campaign reports from media agencies, landlords, and vendors for performance analysis with Southeast Asia and headquarters stakeholders
- Run data reports in Google Analytics and internal dashboards for media performance analysis
- Coordinate Vietnamese copy translation and proofreading with translation and PR agencies
- Assist with media-related administrative tasks including purchase order processing, goods receipt documentation, and billing reconciliation
