Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and enrich product and reference master data across source systems and the MDM platform to ensure accuracy, completeness and conformity with business rules.
- Implement and enforce data governance standards, stewardship processes and data quality metrics; identify and remediate data quality issues.
- Design, execute and monitor batch and real-time data flows (ETL/ELT) between ERP, PIM, e‑commerce and POS systems; manage feed mapping and transformation rules.
- Perform data modelling, attribute mapping and master-data lifecycle management for SKUs, materials, collections and suppliers.
- Collaborate with merchandising, operations, IT and digital teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and production cutovers related to MDM initiatives and integrations.
- Produce operational and governance reporting, dashboards and documentation; provide training and operational support to data stewards and end users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business or related discipline.
- Proven understanding of master data domains (product, supplier, reference data) and data governance frameworks.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience interrogating and validating data across relational databases.
- Experience configuring or working with MDM/PIM platforms (e.g., Stibo STEP, SAP MDG, Informatica MDM) and integrating via APIs.
- Strong analytical aptitude, methodical attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing data requests.
- Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills; ability to liaise between technical and business teams.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of hands-on experience in master data management, product data operations or a related data role; prior exposure to retail, luxury goods or fashion verticals is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business or equivalent field.
