Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Marketing Performance Executive in New York for a 12-month V.I.E assignment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Americas Marketing team’s daily operations across Jewelry, High Jewelry, Timepieces and Bridal collections.
- Design, run and analyze weekly and monthly transversal performance reports for regional leadership and vice presidents, covering boutique-level and Sales Associate performance by product collection.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly forecasting templates and strategic documentation to support leadership’s annual planning.
- Consolidate complex datasets into clear, visually engaging presentations with findings and strategic recommendations for managers and senior managers.
- Partner with the Assistant Manager to organize, streamline and improve the regional special-order process on the PEGA platform.
- Identify bottlenecks in the special-order pipeline and propose solutions to improve the boutique and client experience.
- Collaborate with product marketing, visual merchandising and supply chain teams to organize, track and implement regional launches.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative post-launch analysis to evaluate marketing initiatives.
- Gather qualitative feedback from Store Directors and Sales Associates to assess client reactions and refine future launch strategies.
- Partner with the training department to deliver in-boutique training on new launches, sales initiatives and collection storytelling.
- Travel to domestic events to support retail teams on the floor and share product technical details and heritage with elite clients.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or university certificate in Business, Marketing or Communication.
- At least 1–2 years of internship or early-career experience in retail operations, business analysis, product marketing or consulting, ideally in the luxury, beauty or fashion industries.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPS and data modeling, and PowerPoint.
- A self-starter who brings fresh ideas and is open to learning from experienced product experts.
