Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Marketing Operations Intern in Paris for 6-month role starting January 2027, supporting European jewelry market coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update reporting and performance tracking tools across markets and collections
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for product launch reviews and monthly business intelligence meetings
- Prepare marketing presentations and analyses for stakeholder meetings
- Consolidate market insights including sales trends and best practice sharing from regional teams
- Address daily operational requests from markets including product documentation, technical information, and project tracking
- Manage piece transfers for client events and special order submissions
- Develop internal tools and resources including performance tracking documents, process documentation, and product training materials
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university programme at Bac+4/5 level or equivalent
- Demonstrable prior experience in marketing or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and priority management
