Van Cleef & Arpels hiring Marketing Coordinator for High Jewelry Europe in Paris. Support stock allocation, events, and sales analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support stock allocation for High Jewelry events, ensuring alignment with business needs and event objectives; coordinate sales support and logistics and contribute to post-event analysis in collaboration with product managers
- Coordinate stock transfers between European markets to support client presentations and liaise with headquarters to optimize stock opportunities
- Develop allocation plans for markets to optimize stock deployment and maximize both daily and event sales opportunities
- Conduct monthly sales analysis and provide insights and recommendations to regional teams on performance and stock-related opportunities
- Manage and ensure accuracy of sales certificates and database systems, including sales announcements and SNR file management
- Support the implementation of new stock-related initiatives and systems to enhance operational efficiency across European markets
- Provide analytical insights and support to regional High Jewelry community building initiatives, workshops, and business reviews
- Liaise with local, regional, and headquarters teams to share critical allocation decisions and optimize stock distribution across the region
Qualifications
- Fluency in both French and English, written and oral
- Previous experience in a complex, multicultural, and fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven experience in stock management, supply chain coordination, or related operational support roles
