Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Marketing & Product Coordination Specialist in Paris to support jewelry launches and operations during a 6-month internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate product launches across boutique network, including training sessions, launch announcements, and point-of-sale support materials
- Develop and manage monthly marketing newsletters in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Conduct competitive market intelligence and analysis within the luxury jewelry sector
- Monitor and track staff sales performance across retail locations
- Manage special jewelry orders and ensure seamless order fulfillment processes
- Respond to boutique inquiries and support requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Arrange and coordinate jewelry piece loans for photography shoots and marketing campaigns
- Analyze sales performance data across product ranges and new collections to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or University degree program
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated aptitude for numerical analysis
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly enthusiastic professional
- Prior internship experience in Marketing or Communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent teamwork, responsiveness, and adaptability
