Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute market-level client experience initiatives, ensuring consistency across boutiques and channels.
- Support boutique client advisors with appointment scheduling, VIP itineraries and personalised clienteling activities.
- Manage logistics for client events, trunk shows and private viewings, including vendor liaison and on-site coordination.
- Maintain and enrich CRM data to support segmentation, follow-up and targeted client communications.
- Produce regular performance and client engagement reports for Market and HQ stakeholders.
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between retail, marketing, regional management and after-sales to resolve client issues and deliver seamless service.
- Assist in training and roll-out of client experience programs, standards and best practices across the market.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage confidential client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated competence in event coordination and project follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presenting confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Numerical literacy and experience preparing reports and tracking KPIs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for client events; willingness to travel within the market.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry, hospitality or client experience roles with demonstrable exposure to VIP client service, event execution and CRM-driven clienteling.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, hospitality, marketing or a related discipline preferred; relevant luxury retail training accepted.
