Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Manager, Digital Analytics & Insights in Grand Prairie, USA—5+ yrs luxury eCommerce analytics, SQL, Python, Power BI required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to translate their strategic questions into analytical requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R; build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Google Looker, or Qlik Sense for real-time visibility into business performance
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities; deliver insights before stakeholders request them, and reduce ad-hoc data requests through self-service reporting solutions
- Leverage AI tools including generative AI, Copilot, and embedded AI features within BI platforms to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and generate first-pass insights; validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business alignment
- Design and maintain simple ETL processes to extract, transform, and cleanse data from multiple sources; develop data models that support reporting and analytics needs
- Serve as the primary data partner to online retail teams including Customer Relations Center, Operations, Web Experience, and CRM; translate complex data narratives for non-technical audiences and present findings to mid-level and senior leadership
- Monitor online retail performance, web traffic, and contact center metrics; provide trend analysis and actionable recommendations to improve key performance indicators
- Work with Van Cleef & Arpels HQ and Richemont partners to maintain data governance policies, understand the data lifecycle, and support ad-hoc data and AI-related projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in luxury eCommerce, digital marketing, or data analytics roles
- Master's degree (MBA, Data Analytics, or related field) preferred
- Proven track record in insights or data analysis roles within eCommerce or online marketplaces
- Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Google Looker, Qlik Sense, or Tableau
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation
- Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and data processing
- Experience with light ETL work and data integration from multiple sources
- Experience with AI tools for analytics, automation, or insight generation (generative AI, Copilot, embedded BI features)
- Strategic mindset with ability to connect data insights to broader business objectives and drive meaningful outcomes
- Excellent communication skills; ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences

Experience
5+ years of professional experience in luxury eCommerce, digital analytics, or insights roles, with demonstrated expertise in building dashboards, conducting data analysis, and delivering insights that drive business strategy. Experience with sales, operations, customer data, retail, logistics, or contact center data is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree (MBA, Data Analytics, or related field) preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
