Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Manager, Client Services in New York. Lead jewelry repair operations and client services team with $90K–$100K salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary liaison between boutique teams, workshops, and headquarters regarding the flow of repairs and adjustments
- Reviews and escalates potential issues and client complaints, mobilizing team, partners, and headquarters to ensure quick resolution while coaching staff in problem-solving and de-escalation techniques
- Onboards and develops team understanding of policy and procedure, instilling the client services mindset needed to drive consistently excellent client experiences
- Leads meetings with workshop partners and headquarters to ensure strategic alignment on policy interpretation and execution, proposing changes based on feedback from team and boutiques
- Owns and refines the Client Services Retail Training path by independently facilitating training programs, including new store openings, boutique director onboarding, Unveiled, LBP Intermezzo, and Client Services University
- Implements and executes all client services reporting, analyzing data for operational efficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Assumes strategic responsibility for team projects both locally and from headquarters, prioritizing and delegating as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a client-facing role, preferably customer service for repairs in fine jewelry and timepieces
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with luxury consumer products desired
