Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the management control function in month‑end closing activities and preparation of management packs.
  • Prepare and consolidate periodic reports and KPI dashboards for sales, margin and inventory performance.
  • Perform variance analysis between actuals and budgets/forecasts and produce explanatory notes.
  • Assist in budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial simulations to support commercial and operational decision‑making.
  • Reconcile commercial and ledger data; ensure data integrity across POS, ERP and reporting tools.
  • Contribute to ad‑hoc financial projects, process improvement initiatives and automation of reporting tasks.
  • Liaise with boutiques, retail operations and central teams to collect data and follow up on corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or equivalent (alternance/work‑study format required).
  • Strong analytical rigour, numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with commercial and operational teams.
  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling financial information.

Experience

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, Business Administration or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study contract required).
