Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management control team with monthly closing procedures and P&L reconciliation.
- Prepare standardised management reports and dashboards for operational and executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, consolidating inputs and performing variance analysis.
- Execute ad hoc financial analyses to explain movements in sales, margin and cost lines.
- Maintain and enrich reporting tools, ensuring data quality and consistency across sources.
- Assist with inventory/cost control reviews and follow-up on corrective actions with commercial teams.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with retail, merchandising and supply‑chain teams to deliver financial insights.
- Support continuous improvement of processes and automation of routine reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent.
- Strong analytical capacity, rigor and attention to numerical detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities within deadlines.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential financial information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative team player with proactive mindset.

Internship-level role; prior internships or project work in finance, accounting or management control are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
