Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Maison Host in Miami Design District for full-time guest services and client experience role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate boutique personnel and manage inbound telephone calls
- Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing topics such as hours of operation, repair processes, and general product questions
- Deliver exceptional client experience consistent with Van Cleef & Arpels' luxury standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field, or one year of demonstrated experience in retail, contact center, or customer service
- Passion for luxury fashion and high-end retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States
