Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Maison Host in Houston to deliver exceptional client experience at the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate boutique personnel and manage inbound calls
- Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing topics such as boutique hours and the repair process
- Report to the Boutique Director to ensure exceptional client experience delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or one year of retail, contact center, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Fluency in multiple languages preferred
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States
Skills
Experience
One year of experience in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment, or equivalent background in luxury fashion and retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in retail or customer service accepted.
