Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique and manage inbound calls
- Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat on topics including hours of operation and repair processes
- Deliver exceptional client experience in alignment with Van Cleef & Arpels standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field, or one year of experience in retail, contact center, or customer service
