Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate boutique staff member and manage inbound telephone calls
- Provide written customer support via email and chat, addressing inquiries regarding hours of operation, repair processes, and related topics
- Deliver exceptional client experience consistent with luxury hospitality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or equivalent retail experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
