Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound flows at Les Ateliers de Lyon, ensuring accurate reception, inspection and recording of materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, cycle counting and reconciliation; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate material supply to production lines and ateliers, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring traceability of components.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders (production, quality, purchasing) to schedule shipments and resolve logistic issues.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with customs, transport and internal quality procedures.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse organisation, storage standards and security procedures to protect high-value items.
  • Propose and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise stock levels, reduce lead times and improve handling processes.
