Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris seeks a Logistics Administrative Manager to oversee shipping, documentation and inventory for high-value jewellery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative logistics operations for boutiques, ateliers and external partners, ensuring secure handling of high-value goods.
- Coordinate shipments and transportation: prepare and validate shipping documents (AWB, CMR, commercial invoices), organise carriers and follow up on deliveries and returns.
- Process purchase orders and delivery notes, update inventory records and reconcile stock movements with ERP and physical counts.
- Liaise with customs brokers and ensure compliance with import/export regulations, Incoterms and company security procedures.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and filing, prepare reports and KPIs for the Supply Chain/Operations team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (retail, workshops, client services) to prioritise shipments, resolve operational issues and optimise lead times.
- Propose and implement process improvements to increase reliability, traceability and cost-efficiency of logistics flows.
Qualifications
- Fluent French; professional working knowledge of English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms and customs procedures.
- Proven ability to manage administrative processes for high-value products with attention to security and compliance.
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and capacity to prioritise under tight timelines.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics or administrative coordination, ideally within luxury retail, jewellery, watchmaking or other sectors handling high-value merchandise.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related discipline.
